Upon completing the course, you will be able to

- explain terms from sales and distribution and recognise their importance for international business,
- describe the process of international sales management,
- explain the basics of using various types of distribution in an international setting (e.g., direct and indirect distribution,   
   personal and impersonal distribution, multi-channel distribution, contractually regulated forms of distribution).

You acquire these skills by working with the literature in the field, discussing it with the lecturer during the course, analysing examples from real life and solving international marketing questions in small groups.

These skills prepare you for further, more intensive courses such as sales marketing or e-commerce as well as hands-on training at companies and organisations.
