The students learn, using sound arguments and methods, to recognise
simple legal issues, classify them legally and thus find reasonable solutions
by checking sales and marketing concepts for their legal requirements and
ensuring that they are legally defensible. In particular, they know how
contracts are drafted and so can create marketing releases. Working in a team,
they know, thanks to their basic legal background, how to create and conduct
negotiation situations constructively. Making international comparisons, the
students learn the differences in legal frameworks and the correct
international terminology, and can react to international demands.
